Micro-processor controlled thermoformers with auto-diagnostic system for all operational parameters. Can form rigid; semi-rigid and flexible "skin" trays. Suitable to utilise plastic films to aluminium, as well as running films requiring a post-thermic treatment (e.g. pasteurisation). Can be integarted to weighers and dosing systems. Up to 25 cycles/min (subject to vacuum and MAP needs) with multiple trays formed per cycle. Webs up to 600mm wide and tray depths up to 200mm.

Medical Application
 
Specifically designed and constructed to suit medical market applications, with features such as centralised compressed air exhaust or motorised waste film winder for the thinnest films, allowing installation in a clean, strile environment. Incorporates such features as sensors for verification of product in the tray; perforated trays; and auto feeders. For specific products with customised shapes (e.g. toothbrushes), die-cutting systems are used, made with specific materials and surface treament.

Blister thermoforming of rigid or flexible materials with different sealant films such as plastic, paper, cartonboard and alumimnium. Automatic placement of leaflets into the blister is one feature available in this range.
