ELECTRIC GRILL-MARKER mod. GSI04 - suitable just for marking (not for Cooking
This machine, thanks to its planning characteristics and design, is suitable for marking Peppers, Zucchini and Aubergines;
Meat (Hamburgers , Wurstel), Sea Salad; it is entirely made of Aisi 304 stainless steel and it allows to grill also wet and
salted products (if previously drained or centrifuged).
The products are loaded manually on the stainless steel conveyor of the machine. The marking group is composed by
2 rotary rolls with fixed step. The machine is built according to CE rules in force.
Technical features :
- N° 24 Electric heating elements of 800W each, with all instruments to check and for security controls
- Motorization of the feeding conveyor by motor 0.37 Hp
- Grilling-marking rolls made of stainless steel Ø 150 mm with step of 15mm.
- Adjustments of Temperature by Thermoregulator place on the main panel
- Stainless steel product entry & exit conveyors that can be easily disassemble for cleaning/maintenance operations.
- Group for rolls adjusting (manual adjusting) from 0 to 60 mm height

- Supporting feet which can be adjusted in height
- N° 01 Emergency button installed on the electric
- The whole machine is assembled on a supporting base with wheels.
