| New Yang high speed MAP tray sealers from Paxon Packaging |
Paxon Packaging presents the new Polaris EVO series of MAP tray sealers from Yang SRL Italy.
Polaris high speed tray sealers come in a stainless steel construction as standard.
Polaris EVO 560 and EVO 1000 are high speed MAP tray sealers available in single or twin lane versions with varying outputs.
Polaris EVO 1000 achieves outputs of up to 192 trays per minute on the twin lane and 96 trays per minute on the single lane while Polaris EVO 560 achieves 120ppm on the twin lane and 60ppm on the single lane. These outputs are based on a 95mm diameter tray and low MAP, subject to tray size and residual oxygen required.
The EVO series packaging equipment offers touch screen control with electronic servo drive automation. |

| New Modified Atmosphere Packaging Tray Sealers from Paxon Packaging |
Paxon Packaging introduces a new line of MAP tray sealers manufactured by Yang srl of Italy.
Modified atmosphere packaging tray sealers from the Polaris Series are hybrid triple chamber tray sealers capable of tripling the output of a single chamber.
The MAP tray sealers also have the unique feature of being able to incorporate three different tools in the same machine to minimise downtime during changeover.
Any one of the three dies can be selected whilst bypassing the other two tools.
Three different tray sizes can be operated by selecting the appropriate tooling die in the chambers without time-consuming tooling changeover.
Alternatively, the tray sealers can be used as triple chamber tray sealers, increasing the output of the same tray size threefold.
The MAP tray sealers can be integrated with automated conveyors as part of a continuous line. |

| Inverted Film Feed Box Motion Flow-Wrappers from Paxon Packaging |
Paxon Packaging has released the new series of inverted (bottom) film feed box motion flow-wrappers from General System Pack SRL of Italy.
The new 65EVOBB inverted box motion flow-wrapper is the economy electronic version with standard 4-axis servo-driven automation.
The 65EVOBB packaging equipment is a more economically priced version of the larger 600EVOBB model, making these inverted box motion wrappers more affordable.
Ideal for loose products, this versatile model of inverted box motion flow-wrappers is capable of wrapping small products (50mm L), long products (1500mm L), high products (200mm H) and portion control packs in addition to modified atmosphere packaging at speeds up to 60ppm.

| Hitech Systems have released the new generation of Hiwrap 222S medium speed flow-wrappers available from Paxon Packaging |
The Hiwrap 222 model flow-wrapper is suited to automatic wrapping lines for speeds up to 350PPM, and the Hiwrap 222S model up to 600PPM. Both are now available from Paxon Packaging.
The flow wrapper, from Paxon, is fully servo driven and includes axis motion control. The advanced electronics can be expanded to add servo-drives and controlled from the same axis motion control of the wrapper.

The GSP00EVO is the new generation of cantilevered box motion wrappers from Paxon Packaging.
Upgrades to the electric b&r direct drive automation system have added features improving speeds.

| Paxon Packaging release Hiwrap 504 wrapping machines |
Paxon Packaging have released products from the Hitech systems range of high speed horizontal flow wrappers. The Hitech systems range of flow wrappers are focussed on automated lines of advanced technology and high performance applications for biscuits, snack bars, crackers, cakes, chocolate bars and wafers.
The Hiwrap 504 wrapping machine is capable of outputs up to 1000ppm on single wraps and 100 metres/ minimum of wrapping materials. The Hiwrap 504 wrapping machine is integrated with automatic distribution systems including slug wrapping and cream biscuit lines, layer cakes, sponge cakes and chocolate processing.
The Hiwrap 504 wrapping machine features built-in management information system, proportional brake system and fibre optic multi-axis interface, allowing expansion of the system by adding servo-drives controlled by the same industrial pc. Long dwell and automatic film tracking are some of the additional features available.
The Hitech systems range of high speed horizontal flow wrappers is an addition to the economy series of wrappers as well as the mid-range series of wrapping systems from Paxon packaging.

New mid-range economy model electronic flow wrapper release from general system pack SRL is now available from Paxon Packaging . The new GSP55EVO models of horizontal flow wrappers come with cantilevered construction and full electronic operation with servo motor drives through a touch screen.
Full diagnostics in the touch screen are standard outputs up to 180ppm are possible and they can be used as a stand-alone wrapping machine or integrated as an automated line. New horizontal cartoner C222 in cantilevered construction is available from Cariba.
This design allows the complete separation of mechanical working parts from packaging area for carton dust fall prevention in to transmission part of machine and allowing at the same time the complete accessibility for cleaning, ordinary maintenance and change format operations.

| Compact series of linear weighers available from Paxon Packaging |
The new compact range of multiple heads of linear weighers from Easiweigh are suitable for applications where a single head linear weigher is too slow and a multihead radial weigher is an overkill.
The compact series comprise the Duet and the Quartet and are especially suited to target weights between 25 grams and 1kg.
With dosing speeds up to 50 per minute for the Quartet and 30 per minute for the Duet, the models are constructed in stainless steel as a standard and are quick and easy to dismantle (without tools) for cleaning.
Can be mounted over a packaging machine to create an automated line or as a stand-alone unit.

| New series of MAP tray sealers / tray packers from Paxon Packaging |
Yang SRL (Italy) has released a new series of M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) tray sealers / tray packers in the Polaris range of models.
The Polaris tray sealers now have the multi-chamber feature that doubles and triples outputs from the standard chamber models.
The Polaris Triple and Quattro models (3 and 4 vacuum chambers with gas flush) can be linked to the Yang automatic collation in-feeds creating a complete automatic line at affordable prices.
As with the standard Polaris model, the tooling is quickly and easily changed for tray or tub size changes. Non-modified atmosphere versions are also available.

| Vertical cartoner machine |
Cariba has released a new version of economy vertical cartoner machine, available through paxon packaging.
The new C230 model is a versatile machine, suitable for a broad range of products, especially cosmetic and pharmaceuticals.
The C230 model unit can be manually fed or integrated with automatic handling feed systems.
Outputs of up to 80ppm are achievable from this intermittent motion version.
As with all the Cariba models, C230 model is built to gmp standards.
Also, available is a range of Cariba machines, including the cantilevered format horizontal models.
All cariba models are designed for quick changeover of sizes.

| High speed flow-wrappers |
The "Modulo" series of SPS Italian pack high speed flow-wrappers are available in the Modulo 2, 3 or 4 models.
The SPS wrapper is a high speed version for bar type products (chocolate, muesli, etc); biscuits and biscuits on edge; bakery products (cakes, pies, etc) for speeds of up to 800 PPM.
Fully cantilevered, the four-axis Modulo is a fully electronic (industrial PC driven) Servo machine that also has long-dwell option for the end seal jaws (2, 3 or 4) for heat sealable films to 440 PPM (cold seal for speeds of above 400).
SPS provides full turnkey automation for the handling, accumulation and transfer systems for product. SPS also manufactures biscuit creaming and wrapping lines.

| Box motion flow-wrappers released |
The new version of box motion flow-wrappers has been released by General System Pack SRL of Italy, and is available through Paxon Packaging.
The new series of the GSP600TR E now has the B&R direct automation controls with 4-axis servo-electronic format for speeds up to 100 ppm.
The new automation allows for variable pack lengths and heights up to 230 mm. It comes in a standard cantilevered format for hygiene compliance.
Features such as gas flushing, alcohol spray and auto film splicing are still available in the new series.
From lettuce heads and trays of product to industrial components, the model is a flexible machine that can be integrated as a complete packaging line, or simply a stand-alone unit.

| New economy series of "linear" multihead weigher |
A new series of Ricciarelli multi-head weigher is now available from Paxon Packaging.
The weigher is a 4+4 head in a linear format that is economically priced for customers who do not require the larger versions of multihead radial weighers.
Speeds up to 45 weighments per minute are achieved (subject to product), and they can be mounted above a bagmaker to provide an affordable packaging line.
They come with the new generation Ricciarelli Colour Touch screen and can have embossed surfaces for sticky products.
As with its larger "brothers" in the Ricciarelli range, it has DSP (digital signal processor) and CAN-BUS connections.

| New 20-head weigher from Ricciarelli
|
A unique Ricciarelli multi-head weigher is available from Paxon Packaging.
The weigher (FCBS20 model) is a 20-head machine in a 10+10 split, thereby allowing flexibility such as:
* Same product at up to 150 weighment's per minute
* Same product at different target weight discharges (twin discharges)
* Different products at same time at same or different speeds.
The weigher is very accurate because of its 20-head.
The 20-head weigher suits a twin tube bagmaker or single tube bagmaker and sits over a Ricciarelli bagmaker. The same touch screen control panel controls both the weigher and bagmaker.

THE new upgrade of the economy series of flow-wrappers from General System Pack SRL (GSP), the GSP65SE, is now available from Paxon Packaging.
The GSP65SE now comes in two versions - the basic mechanical or the electronic.
Both include the addition of a third fin seal format for more seal integrity of the back seal and film traction.
The electronic version has an enhanced LCD screen and is user friendly.
